Hi, I’m Sam. I’m the Head Coach and creator of Coach Cosh. My fitness journey started when I was 15 years old because I hated the way I looked.
I couldn't stand having my photo taken because I was so skinny. I hated walking around on holiday without my shirt. I even missed out on social events because I couldn't bear the idea of people looking at me. This made me dive into learning how to change my body and build my confidence.
And I found a way!
I don't want to keep these secrets to myself. I want to share them with you so you can finally take photos with your friends and family and feel proud of who you see in those photos.
